"Barish"

Share
An event raised by one of the companies named "Zero" in Nagpur, in order to raise funds for the HIV+ children. An initiative taken by Zero Group with an NGO "Accept", which works for AIDs patients. Friends For Care proudly associated with them, for a cause, in order to raise some funds for the HIV+ children.
Event Details:
Date: 5th,6th,7th June 2009
Venue: Bishop Cotton Ground, Nagpur

The event Barish was put up in the form of a village scene which had full entertainment for the complete family. It had games, food stalls and all one could imagine. The event was nicely handled and the arrangements spread beautifully.

What FFC was doing there?

FFC had put up two stalls as seen in the pictures. One was a stall made up of handmade stuff which was put up for sale. The amount raised has been put to use for making shed for the existing slums to protect children from upcoming rains.

Another stall of FFC was an enquiry counter which gave away information of the past and current projects of FFC. Many new members registered to join FFC. The registration was done all three days. Apart from this, the children of slums adopted by FFC were brought to the fair, where they njyed to their heart's content and witnessed something they would have otherwise loved to attend but for reasons were not able to. Their smiles and thrill was clearly shown by the way they enjoyed at the event.
It was Great to be associated with the event!!!
